I'm having a bit of an ongoing mare with my 2019 C3 Aircross. It was purchased through Bristol Street (now Vertu) and I've been taking it to my local(ish) service centre. A few weeks after driving it out of the dealership the infotainment started to play up- it started with CarPlay crashing, then bluetooth being patchy, (connected and playing music but nothing coming through speakers) then the whole system crashing and rebooting. I'd now get in my car expecting to see the Citroen logo flash on and off again repeatedly. Occasionally it would play ball, but not most of the time. I went to the service centre 4 times between Feb and July, in that time they had to diagnose the issue, find the right part number which required two trips to confirm (I've been told it's the computer that needed replacing as it had an incorrect part fitted) ordering the part and fitting it in July. However after a week or so of use the same faults started to creep in, CarPlay crashing, the whole system crashing etc. Obviously this is quite frustrating. It's booked in yet again in a few weeks however I wanted to see if anyone has had the same issue as me and if they managed to resolve it? If the replacement part was indeed the correct one (having spoken to a few independent garages it sounds like quite often incorrect parts of this nature can be ordered) I can't understand why it would still be crashing.
