Hi,
I am trying to repair high beam in my right headlight on my citroen C3 from 2009 (VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]). The high beam in left headlight works but I cant say the same about the high beam in the right head light.
I have already tried everything, changing the bulb, inspecting fuses and I couldnt find the sollution. I messured the voltage that is getting to the highbeam and I am getting only 5V, my expectation is that I should get 12V+. Does anybody have any cloue what could be wrong with it?

Check for +12V at BOTH sides of fuse F15 (with high beam on).
If volts are low it's the fuse or internal to the BSM.
If volts are OK, check pin 27 of the 28pin black connector of the BSM. If low volts, it's the connector or internal to the BSM.
If volts are OK check pin2 of the headlight connector. If volts are low it's the wiring.
If Volts are OK the problem is internal to the headlight.

Thanks,
do you have a wiring diagram of the connectors by any chance, that would make the identification of the pin easier.

5007 is the rain/light sensor. You might not have that.
The pin number are marked on the connectors (somewhere). They could be on the inside (where the actual contacts are). They may have all the contacts numbered, or for big connectors, just the beginning and end of the rows.
The numbers above the connectors are the wire numbers (colours are irrelevant). The numbers are marked on the insulation of the wires.
