Hi,
I have a lot of oil over this component. The cable is glistening. It is underneath the air intercooler hose for the turbo. Do you know what it is?
The connector appears half way on. Is there a way to remove it. I cannot slide it forwards or back.
Vehicle is Corsa F 2021 Petrol, which is very close to the Peugeot 208.

Could you post a wider angle picture so that it is clear where this is?

I have also cleaned off the oil with brake clean.

I am not certain but I believe that is the crankshaft sensor, have a look at this video and see what you think:

Thank you. I found it in the end. It is the PCV valve or sometimes known as a VACUUM SOLENOID VALVE 9802009480
