EGS problem citroen berlingo

I've got a citroen berlingo with egs. Suddenly the warning triangle were lit up and and the word auto appears in the window where the current gear is displayed. Now the gearbox will not shift from 3 to 4 gear, but will still work for the lover three. The Any suggestions or ideas?? Have not had any problems before and no new "sounds" beside whats normal.
