Cruise Control/intelligent cruise control

Hey all

I have a question, in my work van which is a Toyota Proace i don't need to reactivate the cruise control when changing gear ( it's a manual )

What is that called? And can i get that in my private car? C4 1.6hdi hatchback from 2016 via diagbox.

I'm pretty sure its not adapted cruise control, since the van doesn't have rader or anything
