Boxer Air suspension help!

Unread post by Jigzy »

Well after 6 months off from the project! I’m back when i bought the van the air suspension wasnt working and stuck on the floor this inflated manually held pressure but always had the check suspensions warning on the dash used Fiat multiscan manually set the level tested the compressor and bags using the system all working. Took 3 goes to get the level sensor to work on the nsr system held air apart from the osr bag which was new had dropped tested the pipe with water and bag no signs of leaks fault code in system is C1027 failed to initialise so i’m guessing thats on start up buttons are lighting up and then turn off when the check suspensions warning comes across the dash, is there any common wiring faults i’m guessing this is more wiring that component i know the nsr sensor took 3 goes but I dont want to just order a sensor in case that was just bad luck as these are fortunes if anybody is breaking one with air suspension drop me a message any help appreciated. Thanks

I don't know if you've seen this thread which has diagrams and info that might (or might not) help? :)
