I have purchased a used 2016 DS5. My iphone 13 will easily connect to the Bluetooth, but then disconnects and re-connects every 20 seconds (say). Earlier phones don't have this issue, so it appears to be specific to the device.
Local DS Dealer have told me my phone is incompatible with the car.
Is there a patch or a fix out there?

Do you have your VIN so I can check the system you have installed, then I can check the specifics against your iPhone (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff).
It can be hit and miss, as earlier systems (7" Touchscreen) are compatible up to iPhone 11 Pro Max than the later NAC (Connected NAV) systems which are compatible up to iPhone 12 Pro Max on this vehicle. That's not to say a later phone will not work, not that a later firmware update for the vehicle (if and when available) won't provide greater compatibility.
There are currently 4 versions of the NAC units and the DS5 went out of production around 2018, so the later DS5 vehicles would only of been fitted with earlier versions of the NAC.

I have the same problem. DS5 that I have beed driving is manufactured in 2016. 2.0HDi, 133kw/180bhp
