Why no air from the main dash vents ?

Hi all

I appreciate your time reading and responding to this..

My partner has a 63 plate DS3 which has an issue with air flow not coming through all of the vents.

No matter what setting she uses to direct the air flow it only ever comes from the two in the mid section/under the gear stick area and the two that are above the main vents on either side of the dashboard.

The two bigger / main vents on either side of the dash and the two main vents in the middle of the dash have no air coming from them at all. I've tried changing all settings and opening and closing them but nothing makes a difference...

Can anyone suggest what might be the cause/fix?

Could be the motors that move the various flaps are not working or the flaps might be stuck. A diagnostic should help.
