DS5 2015 - USB Power supply fault

Hey all,

I'm having some trouble with the infotainment system on my 2015 DS5. I have a repetitive "USB Device not available. Power supply fault. Please disconnect all devices" (nothing is plugged into the USB port in the center console), and even if I try plugging something in it seems there is no power to the USB port.

Can I get some guidance on how to troubleshoot and maybe fix the problem please? Many thanks!

Hello. Try to put a cable and charge your phone. If yes you have a power in the usb socket. if not well... it will need some dismantling job))
