Vibration after injector repair

Hi,

I have a Peugeot 308 2018 1.6 hdi. I recently had an injector repair done. Now when the car reaches around 2000 rpm there is so much vibration. Very little to no vibration in 1st and 2nd gear but 3,4,5 and 6 gears I can really feel it. Any idea what might be causing it?

Were the replacement injectors coded in to the Engine ECU properly?

Thanks Paul for the reply. The injector wasn’t replaced only cleaned and changed washer etc.

What sort of cleaning was done? Did it involve dismantling the injector somehow?

Yes injector was taken out and put a new washer at the bottom.

Did you put all injectors in the same place as they were before? They are coded to the ECU because they can have different efficiency, if you put injector 1 to cylinder 4 you can have such issue. For example my brother in law ask workshop to replace washers under injectors for his 2.0 HDi. They did it but mess with order of injectors - put injector 1 to cylinder 4, 2 to 3, 3 to 2 and 4 to 1. Engine lost power and start vibrating. I helped him to fix it by moving injectors to the correct cylinders. Workshop was holding car for a month and cannot fix this mess.

Apparently they only had to remove one injector. And there is no lose of power or anything. Just a vibration around 2000 rpm in high gears.

Take it back and complain, explain that it didn't vibrate before they did the job....
And what was the reason for cleaning one injector

These 2 following codes are showing when did a check :

P15AO - Engine Oil pressure circuit.
P1113- Fuel high pressure circuit. Fuel pressure below the minimum threshold.

I have been trying to understand more about this codes but not much info on the internet.

It depends what quality of job did the repair shop.
Now, for my Peugeot, fault find give these:
Fault Code p15a0
Oil pressure regulation fault : Pressure too high
Usual suspects: oil pressure and temperature sensor and oil pressure control valve. Check connections and this sensor and solenoid.

Fault Code p1113
High pressure fuel circuit : Fuel pressure below the minimum threshold , Air temperature sensor 1 circuit/open
L18 Boost pressure sensor with air temperature sensor 1
L3 Mass airflow meter with air temperature sensor 1
