Petrol Question.

Citroen DS3 1.6 THP D Sport Plus 2013 - is it ok to run higher octane level 99 compared to 95 for regular unleaded petrol?

I am only a few days in to owning my little hobby car, I did put higher octane in yesterday, but it had a 56k life of normal 95 but it felt a touch more responsive, I did also put in a Mann air filter maybe that helped :lol: anyway is it safe to use the octane level 99.

99 octane is good, the engine will adapt and give a little more power. I found that our THP engine was not really happy on 95 and always used 100 octane.
