test at obd port c4 picasso mk1 1.6hdi

Have faults U1218 0ne of the parameters sent by BSI is invalid permanent fault
C1391 non confirmation of engine torque,
prior to pulling out Bsi to check connections etc I did some obd tests using utube guide with car asleep no voltage at obd
resistance check from pin 4 to 14 ,chassis ground to can low, 1.7 kohms
and from pin 4 to 6 , chassis ground to can high 1.7 kohms
my electrical knowledge is poor but i believe this is fault in both wires can anyone confirm this and what i should be looking for,
pin 6 to 4 between both can lines was 61.5 ohms which i believe is correct.

Have spent the day taking out all electric plugs , ecu ,bmi etc, cleaned them , cleaned battery terminals as well, put it all back together and now still have c1391 fault and esa/asr fault but can communication fault with bsi now gone,(u1218). Can still clear c1391 fault with ignition on , but as soon as car started with no pedals touched fault returns ,, I'm thinking that this rules out dynamic fault maybe, other than engine and bits connected to it ??? Any thoughts ??
