Hi, my very very trusty, always reliable 308SW 2.0 HDi RHH engine has suddenly decided to run rough from cold. It fires and idles straight away, but splutters and puffs out blue-grey smoke. No coolant loss...
There has been a long running issue with the air mixer - broken actuator arm that I've patched; and this fault still comes back straight away - reporting 'too closed'. Diagbox does show some clues that there's been a lack of air:
The only other odd thing is the fuel temperature...showing as very high, after a cold start at 16deg C ambient:
This car is approaching 300,000km, no current faults on any other system than the injection/ignition! Any ideas on where to start?
Thanks in advance

Re: 2.0Hdi Sudden rough running
With those regen figures I'd be tempted to take the DPF off and clean it manually, then tell the car it has been replaced and see what you get after refitting.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!
