Injectors misbehaving but trying to understand the numbers

Thanks Kenny pulled the whole lot last night again!!. I was fluting sound with the selector on the gear box and noticed it wasn't plunging but a bit of penetrating oil and a a gentle pull with a pry bar and she was plunging fine. As for leylandiis yeah anyone who plants them should be sectioned.

Gearbox swapped over, a bit of reassembly to do but should be able to drop it back in tomorrow evening. Can anyone tell me what the top picture is for please.

Engine and gearbox in this evening. I have to reconnect everything and put everything back together but the worst part is done.I will post up as I complete bits each day.

Hi Jim, yeah the weather is holding for me so I can do a couple of hours in the evening after work. I've had the engine and gearbox out that often I'm a dab hand at it now. I'll probably regret that last sentence.
I'm hoping to have it all back together running and driving on Saturday.

I was trying to put the gear cables in and discovered the bracket was missing off the new gearbox. That's two brackets that were missing off it. Obviously I nicked the ones off my gearbox but it's very annoying and awkward to do. I have a bit of soldering to do on a broken wire just at the butt of a connector but I think it will be ok. It's one of the solenoid valves

I have the slave back in place, rad and intercooler in and connected up. I will try and do a bit more Tomorrow I woke up with a horrible dose this morning absolutely smothering. I'm conscious of the weather holding at the moment so trying to push on. It's knocking lumps out of me though.Im going to rest up tonight and hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

Just to clarify this thread the injectors should be around 5 µs open time anything different is either over or under fuelling.

Thanks very much Jim not as bad today I think but I haven't tried to do anything yet. Had a good night so into bonus therapy. Turned 50 the other day and herself got me tickets for madness and ocean colour scene in June so looking forward to that Should be a great gig.
