C5 X7 front bumper removal

Hi all, firstly I’d like to introduce myself as a self proclaimed Citroen tragic, CX2200 super, BX16V, DS Pallas EFI all gone, 2008 C5 X7 wagon current ride.
The C5, on a hot day with air con on, goes into limp mode, stuck in 2nd. I checked the radiator fan, with the air con on, not turning, haven’t hear it ever.
Could someone give me instructions on how to remove the front bumper so as to check on the fan and relay?

The way I did it....fan and all. (Expect the fan to need replacing....Poland will be the cheapest source most probably)

As far as I know you can remove the van without remove the front bumper.
