C4 Sobbing/Cutting Power

Hello, i have a 2006 1.6HDi C4 with a EGR delete and 198k km. Recently the car has started to like "sob" and cut power for like an instant, without turning off, and then it's okay again. It happens ONLY on highway (90/120 km/h ± and 4th or 5th gear). The turbo has been changed (5k km ago?)and no light appears on the painel... Has anyone ever had this problem?

Is it due for a fuel filter replacement, have you recently filled up with diesel before it started ? You could also check the air filter, I suspect you will need a diagnostic to see what is happening.

I used a OBD2 diagnostic tool and it had no code. The air filter was changed recently I think. Now it has started to drip diesel from somewhere to the engine, I suppose is related to the fuel filter? Have to check, thank you!
