Malcolm Orme (Savoy)

Unread post by xantia_v6 »

It is with sadness that I read today on the club-xm UK forum:
Dear all,

not sure if you know but I have just been made aware that Malcolm Orm passed away, after being hit by a car as pedestrian. He was a great man and helped us many times with our cars. It is a great loss for us, and probably many of us.

Hans
Malcolm (user "savoy" on this forum)
was an expert on green-blooded Citroens and was always willing to provide assistance when he could.

That's a shame, seemed a decent bloke and several members have bought cars from him and been pleased with them.
A long time since he has posted.

This is sad news, I knew Malcolm well and had known him for decades.

That's very sad to read. You just can't possibly expect that kind of thing to happen :(
I think I met him at a show once.
Not used the garage services (too far away). Did he run it with any family members?
