Did a last minute sortie to Lidl again for forgotten things, about as busy as before, only as busy as a usual Sunday, perhaps a bit less so, same with car parking.
Still managed to forget a few items as I forget to consult my shopping list that's not a lot of use as I forget to add things to it.

All your residents must have decided Milton Keynes is the place to be this Christmas Steve... Totally insane down this way

I think it would be that same in our local 'mall' with among others Asda and Sainsburys in it. Don't go near them. This place is a couple of miles further and can offer pretty much the same things, usually at a lower cost and a far more relaxed experience.

I've just been and completed my food shop in Morrisons, loads of space and in and out without a single queue. There, shop and back in 40 minutes. Now I am ready to enjoy the various sports and films while stuffing myself with the most 'bad for you' food I could find!!  :-D

Looking forward to tomorrow - we have a special parkrun ;) 8-) We also have a special on New Year's Day too...

The best bit of Christmas/NY for me :)

Well, back home from the obligatory Christmas coffee and mince pie gathering, so now I can get on with the serious business of the day, practising on my new board with my new darts which arrived yesterday. I may even get to an acceptable standard if my legs last that long!! :-D

If you practice your leaning forwards & buy some max length 30cm darts you could almost put 'em in the board.

Merry Christmas, everybody. I unexpectedly spent it with my Brother and his Wife in Woodford Green. Highly enjoyable time was had by all.
