Citroen C5 2006 auxiliary heater question

Unread post by Banix11 »

Well hello good friends.

I drive a C5 2006 2.0 HDi estate.

And as winter is slowly coming and the weather getting colder, the car takes time to warm up, so I realized I forgot to look into something I was always wondering about.
I know some Citroen C5s have an auxiliary heater, but I don't really know if the one I have, the generation, or particular make and model is equipped whit one.

I searched the forum for "auxiliary heater" but didn't find any topics about the model I have.

Is there a chance my model has it, how can know, how can I test it if it is working or not?

Thanks everyone

Hi Banix, Post up the Vin number which will be hidden from view and one of the admins will be able to answer that question for you. Cheers :-D
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Your vehicle was not fitted with additional heating (like a Webasto for example).

Thank you very much.

Should I ask, adding something like webasto would be hard to do, right?
