Peugeot 207 1.4 HDI Eolys connector snapped

Unread post by autopixart »

Hi my Peugeot 207 1.4 hdi 2010 showed a low particular level - I had had this before (4 years ago) so changed the Eolys bag which was low (blood bag), but the connector neck from the car to the unit has snapped off and I have tried to bridge with rigid hoses/silicon not sure if this will work, find out tomorrow.

Does anyone have the part number and ebay/main dealer details to order replacment? Leicester area, cheers

PSA do not sell these parts separately. I can't determine where this is from exactly from your pictures, but looks to be either from the pump itself or one of the 2 connectors from the pump to the fuel tank. So will likely need to be a complete replacement of whichever component it's from.

You didn't put a picture from several sides to see it better, but it's probably 8mm Fuel Line Hose Release Connector .As Marc told you, Peugeot doesn't have that as a part. You have to find and connect that hose separately. You might have to change the whole hose with the connectors on both ends. You might get an idea how to fix the problem by looking at this Adblue tank repair thread.

Stewart W uses those connectors and hoses.
