Clio hybrid mpg drop

Hi , I have a 73 plate Clio hybrid , had December 2023 , mileage on picking up 550 on a full tank !! Now full tank 220 miles ! Any advise would be great , service due on 12/12 and have mentioned the drop in mpg to them , lady on phone said is it the weather and to be fair I thought that at 1st but then thought no because when I had it in December it was same temperature outside etc so not sure what’s going on!!
Am I the only 1 with this problem??

So you've gone from about 50mpg down to about 22 mpg which is nowhere near the claimed 64mpg.
Is there a infographic on the screen that shows what's happening with the drivetrain?
Is it constantly trying to charge the battery from the engine?
You're supposed to get a couple of mile on Electric only, do you?

And yes, weather can affect it, but not that much. A lot of motorway driving does too.
