Oil ones always from the dealers since I see it as one of the most important ones to get right. Also get the sump plug washer/seal there since they are cheaper than elsewhere.
Fuel ones are expensive from dealers but have bought Bosch ones from GSF/Eurocarparts at reasonable prices.
Air filters have used Mann ones from GSF - ones from a dealer often are Mann.
Pollen filter Mann from GSF - ones from a dealer are often Mann but may be their dearer versions.
When you remove the old ones have a look to see what make they are.

I'm not fussed, air filter can be blown out, fuel filter can be important if you run your tank low but apart from that as long as it matches the original specs I don't see any difference in manufacturers

Mahle, Mann, Purflux, Hengst are all decent filter manufacturers. Bosch are also OK. The car manufacturers don't make their own filters so their filters will be from whoever they have a contract with at the time - one time it might be Mann, the next time Hengst. If you spend a little time looking, you can quite often get a Genuine OEM filter on ebay for around the same price or not much more than the other brands. I can get a genuine Mercedes filter for about £1.60 more than a Bosch one - so it hardly seems worth cheaping out on them. It's worth sticking to quality brands for metal 'spin on' oil filters as they have non-return valves and pressure relief valves built in, so you want to make sure you're getting a good one !
Work out what the original part numbers are for the filters and then spend a little time on ebay searching with those numbers and you can normally get a good buy delivered to your door 8-)
