Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

Re: Meeting arrangements
Just home from a very enjoyable lunch meet at The Crown and Sceptre. Before I left I had a word with the landlord regarding a Xmas lunch and the only date which he can offer was Wednesday 18th December. Unfortunately Wednesday's are generally out for Jim but he may get round it!! So I need to confirm numbers by the end of next week and then send in our menu choices by Wednesday 11th December from the following menu which is £30 a head. Please confirm attendance asap and then your menu choices in time for me to let Martin know our desires.

Re: Meeting arrangements
No idea but I'd plump for mincemeat and apple instead of blackberry and apple on the normal menu!!

Re: Meeting arrangements
Hugely enjoyed today, thanks all
In no way an achievement for most but for me to drive there and back with no stress was a big result
I continue to be in a good place
Zel noticed me (unsuccessfully) trying to find a 5th gear in Strawberry's gearbox a few times

Huge thanks Mick for the job you did on Bluebell's door card
I'll take a photo as soon as it's all back together...

I'll see what I can do... I'll have a word with SWMBO when I see her tomorrow. That's Autumn, not Robynmickthemaverick wrote: 26 Nov 2024, 16:05Unfortunately Wednesday's are generally out for Jim but he may get round it!!
