Hit the jackpot today
This rather gorgeous Nissan 300ZX Fairlady at parkrun today
It's a 'grey import' and the owner was very keen to have a good look at the little red AX in an adjacent space
And then near the end of my duathlon training run and quite close to home I saw this rather fine 100E Popular
I had a good chat with its owner...
Out on the bike leg of my duathlon training I also saw a white Moggy Minor
Not sure if it was a traveller or a saloon, I only saw the front of it...

I recall a brief diversion on the FCF pondering the trivial question...Wonder what was the last car to display a full "Deluxe" branding for the trim level. Yes maybe the DL continued as a proxy, but nice to see the full "deluxe" on on your photo Jim

With this being in production up to 1991, this may well have been the last car with Deluxe on the rear!

Just spotted this, question, Is it an original or a kit car?

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

You beat me to it Steve, I was going to say it has the right mirror for the year and the right alloys so I'd say it was real, especially considering the way it is parked well off the kerb and out of alloy damage zone.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

A little car I have a great fondness for
I also like drinking its namesake

Spotted today in one on MK's shopping places... My AX was hiding behind the big silver van...

One of my rally navigators had one of those but I preferred my 'plain white' RS2000!!

Re: I-Spy Classic Cars/Bikes-What have you spotted?
Not really a classic, more a mongrel kit car... Note the Soggy Moggy Minor hub caps and the Austin 7 radiator cowl and badges
Is that a Triumph Herald front axle/suspension?
DVLA says it's a Reliant with an 848cc engine... So likely based on Reliant Robin running gear...
Looks like huge fun
Spotted in a Paggers back street whilst out for a run on Sunday...

Re: I-Spy Classic Cars/Bikes-What have you spotted?
More likely a Reliant Kitten I'd have thought Jim, being a 4 wheeled setup?

Re: I-Spy Classic Cars/Bikes-What have you spotted?
Could well be Mick, I keep forgetting Reliant did a small four-wheeler in addition to their usual fayre

Something I can't forget Jim, because Bob had a kitten when I had my Rialto GLS. Inside they were very similar layouts!
