C4 Air Con Ports

My sister has just brought round a C4 Picasso. 16v Diesel. The aircon is not working and there's no pressure on the low side.

On a quick inspection I can't see the high side port anywhere. If anyone could give me a pointer, that would be great. engine bay pic is below;

I thought it would be like this picture


but the HS pipe shown in the image is not present in this engine compartment. I'm assuming noone would have removed the entire HS pipe and that I'm just being blind not seeing the port.
