Check the pads, if there okay and not showing 'wire' then it could just be brake dust and a watering could solve it.

Looks are no indication of disc wear, they need to be measured properly, but a thick lip is probably more work and cost to take off and remove, and replace than it is to replace the disc.
As for your vehicle the front discs when new are 22mm thick. The minimum thickness is 20.2mm. So if they are at or below this limit, time to change them. The ability to stop is no guarantee of disc integrity.

Just for reference to anyone reading this old post....
Me, I'd change the pads and discs, not a lot of work involved if you like spannering. Make sure you apply some ceramic brake grease on the rear of the pads, as that can stop squeeling. Buy decent make pads... it makes all the difference.
