On wheelsize.com, and a few other sites, they list the 2.2hdi version of the C5 mk1 as having 215/65 r16s as an option from the factory. Has anyone ever owned a mk1 c5 with tires that big? Or is the site just wrong? the link is here https://www.wheel-size.com/size/citroen/c5/2003/,
I also took a screenshot
is wheelsize.com accurate about the C5 mk1?

Are they the allowed "winter tyre" size ?....Note, you would need all four

UK specs were mainly fitted (2.2 HDi C5 I's) with 205 65 15 H (Silverstone, Imola)
Some had: 215 55 16 W (Monza, Hungaro)
These were the only ones listed for UK.

Winter tyres... often larger side-walls

215/65/16 was the default tyre size on a freelander 1... But it's only 2.8% bigger than the 235/50/17 option.
