2014 Partner Injectors....

Unread post by Doo »

Hi all, got a Partner running on 3 cylinders. Turns out injector 2 had given up the ghost. Pulled them all & sent to Darwen Diesels (AMAZING guys :bl: ) who told me all injectors were reading 10 when they should be reading 150 to 190 (not 100% sure of the test, but I assume it's an electrical test as they are piezo). So 4 new injectors posted out & arrived next day in Inverness!!! Like I said, these guys are amazing.

So, I cleaned out the injector ports and am about to pop them in, BUT.... I need to know the best way to go about informing the ECU that the old injectors are gone and it needs to welcome the new ones. Do I start the engine & take it from there? Or should I put ignition on, go into the system and read old injector codes, input new injector codes and then start?

I'll be using the Autel MaxiPRO MP808BT and will have the smart charger on the car battery.

I have done injectors before, but they were Bosch for 2007 Citroen C4. I can't recall the make of these, but the numbers are;

A00B8704
9802448680

BELKLJ
20271
XF14

Am I right in asking if the code consists of 9 digits? And if so, which 9?

Thanks all :)
Has anyone seen the plot? :?

I'm always interested in what other members do even it's something that I'll never be doing myself.
