Hello all, newbie here.
I just got a 23 plate C5X Shine Plus 1.2 and I'm about 80% pleased with my new ride. Most of that other 20% is down to the absolutely god-awful sound of the stereo. I've searched high and low for the size of the speakers but can't find any info. Does anybody know?
C5X speaker sizes?

Re: C5X speaker sizes?
They don't make this available sorry, so the only way is to start tearing the door cards off..... but not advised on a new car for warranty reasons.
Have you spent any time trying to set up the ambiences yet? Checking the 'loudness' option can make a difference, also sometimes adjusting the equaliser manually can make a big difference and lastly, remember that the sound settings are usually on a per-source basis, so if you make changes listening to the Radio, then these will not carry over to CarPlay or other sound sources. So make sure you set these up on a per-source basis.

Thanks Marc, you are a marvel.
I'm taking the car back to the dealer tomorrow to have a malfunctioning window switch replaced, so I'll ask the mechanic if I can have a butcher's at the speakers while he's got the door card off. I have fiddled endlessly with the equaliser but the fact is the system is just very low-end. I wasn't expecting it to compete with the Mark Levinson system in my old LS430 but, honestly, it's not much better than the stereo in our other car, which is an 18 year old Micra!

No problem.
They do do premium upgrade kits for these vehicles, but only at the point of order, so maybe this has the basic system.
