2015 C4 hatch back blower

Hi guys,
I have a C4 1.6 hmdi (2015), while the other half was on holiday she turned the interior fan off, when she switched it back on there was nothing, ive replaced the resistor, fan and control panel and still nothing, so I’m thinking there must ( hopefully) be a fuse after the resistor,, I have voltage going into resistor,, any help would be appreciated, next step is hard wire the fan as with winter coming can’t be without it

Anyone know if there’s a relay after the control panel that controls the interior fan, ive changed the fan, resistor and switch panel, i have power to the resistor and that’s it, absolutely nothing, it was working, other half tired it off as she was cold, turned back on and nothing, I’m more mechanically minded than electrical so any ideas welcome
