308 1.6 HDI 80kw 109hp 2009 year.
The problem only happens when I'm in the last fifth gear and I want to drive over 130km\h. No matter how much I give it gas, it doesn't go beyond that. The instrument panel does not say that cruise control or speed limit is on. A month ago, he was going even more than that speed, and now it's as if something is choking him and won't let him. Diagnostics says error P1645 Accelerator pedal point of resistance, signal for the speed limiter fault coherence!? Should I buy a new gas pedal or disconnect the cruise control wire?

Re: 308
The engine ECU may be limiting the power electronically as it is detecting an issue with the accelerator.
The point of resistance is where you force your foot down say in an emergency if you had the speed limiter engaged to override it. This may be what the problem is as the data coming from this position on the accelerator is not plausible. Replacing the accelerator may be your solution.
