Peugeot 308 2.0bluehdi 150bhp on 2016 plate

I have a peugeot 308 mk2 2.0bluehdi 150bhp on a 2016 year.
Everytime I start this it revs at constant 1200rpm and says engine fault on the stereo screen and a service light on.its been serviced and I have pressed the dash button to reset the service interval but the service light on the odemeter does not go out.
I was worried and called out rac.the rac man put his diagnostics scanner on the obd port and said its showing a fault code of...

DTC P1163,programming of the diesel fuel injectors.

I have had this for 3 years and can't figure why this code as I have never replaced and injectors.

Does anyone had this kind of code come up or possibly if some one knows what I should do?

1200 rpm is the default if the throttle pedal is not communicating - does it go back down to idle if you press the brake?

I suspect that the P1163 is a red herring, better diagnostics needed!
