C3 bad phone quallity

Hello,
I have a problem with my car (Citroen C3, 2018) I have a Samsung A55, I connect with a cable (I tried Bluetooth too) to my car and make a call. I can hear just fine, but the caller hears me very poorly, crisp continuous sound. Some days the sound is just perfect, then for a week it's bad again, and this goes on and on. I changed my Samsung phone, same thing. Where could the problem be.

Check there is no firmware update for your vehicles Head Unit. Sometimes issues can be cured when the software is updated.
