Re Align instrument cluster

Got my van running with a flashing dash milage and lots of warning lights, could not get any can communication so sent cluster away for test and repair it had the LED faults thats common reason for nocan communication is the cluster is not programmed to the van so i’ve got my diagbox and vci can get into the realignment but i get failed operation do you need to be logged into PSA system to realign?
Pics attached any help appreciated I have a Pug specialist 20miles away but the cost to recover it there is crazy money so thats last resort.

That's basically saying it's forbidden to update the ECU with Diagbox.

Any ECU coding cannot be done offline unless you have an account and paid access for tokens. But some of these units may still not allow Diagbox telecoding.

No worries I thought it would need to be online been reading on tokens and then being blocked out online with diagbox looks like the recovery is going to be needed thanks for the reply makes me feel better its not a total dead course.

You need to setup a PSA Servicebox account, then purchase the number of tokens you need. Instructions should be on the site where you go to purchase them including official Diagbox download if required.
