2015 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso Dashboard Display Issue: Stays Black After Opening Car

Hi,

I own a 2015 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso and I'm having an issue with the dashboard. When I open the door, the dashboard display should say something like "Declutch + START," but sometimes it stays pitch black. After starting the car, the dashboard remains black, and I can't see the speedometer or any other information. Locking and unlocking the car doesn't fix it. To resolve the issue, I need to lock the car, wait for about 10 minutes, and then open the door. When the display finally works, the motor fault indicator stays on for a few hours and then disappears.

I took it to the Citroen service center, and they replaced the BSI unit software. I also bought a new battery, but it didn't help. Has anyone else come across an issue like this? It's driving me crazy.
