I've only used them once - and that was for an OEM pack of Brembo Brake Disks - not much to go wrong there and they were cheaper than UK suppliers despite coming from Germany. But I am wary of this company and wouldn't ordinarily use them for anything other than pre-packed OEM parts if I had to.

I'll soon be needed front discs again ( ) - all the rain and flooding here not so long ago has taken its toll on the fronts which are rusting away already. May try an alternative to Brembo this time, but won't be getting Citroen ones as those had more grooves than Madonna.

I have no doubt that the vast majority of Autodoc customers don't have any problems, but when problems do arise, their customer service is dreadful in some cases.

Look at TRUSTMASTER, there is a review of my.
It's about the distribution kit i ordered, from SKF.
I saw the box was already opened and one roller was from GATES instead of SKF.
After many, and long discussions they finally sent me the correct roller from SKF.
They keep saying GATES is the same as SKF.....
Greetings,
Kees.

Everything I ordered from Autodoc was fine, but I got p!ssed off with their chosen courier, them being (N)evri. The parts showed arrived at warehouse. I waited nearly a week before they could be arsed to deliver

I called Autodoc and asked them to hurry up the order, they couldn't as (N)evri now had control. I ended up spending money on a caliper (for my Lingo and had to wait for the cheap arsed courier to roll out of bed and do their damned job! I now have a set of front caliper pistons sitting on the "new spares" shelf with the old calipers waiting for winter

Suffice to say, I opened the chat and told them to close down my account as, thanks to (N)evri, I won't be using them again. I wonder how many customers they've lost thanks to a USELESS courier? #-o
Has anyone seen the plot? :?

I'm one who will not buy from companies who use that particular courier and it annoys me when those who don't state who they use or claim to use Royal Mail do use them.

It amazes me how a company with such a poor reputation have such a large chunk of business - I can only assume they're very cheap or lots of fat brown envelopes move around those who make the decisions.

That said, touch-wood they've been OK for me and perhaps because we have a very good local courier working for them. Reports in our local Facebook groups suggest most are unable to read street names or recognise house numbers and are very creative as to where they leave parcels.

Logistics side apart, I have to say that from the local delivery depot onwards side, we have a very good Evri chap that delivers in our area and he's always polite, on time and courteous who delivers everything to you in person. So I'd have to say the local delivery side is down to who you get as a driver. Some of them in the past have been a nightmare, but no complaints with them for years now.

Same here. None of them know how to park or do a three point turn but all are pleasant and polite and never had any problems with deliveries.

Another plus, well not a minus, for Evri. Mind you I didn't have any problems with Hermes either.
