2009 c5 x7 reverse gear lamp and rear park assistance problem

Hello, I own a 2009 model c5 x7. I installed an rd45 tape recorder in my car and encoded it. Since the version of the orange screen was low, when I changed it, the reversing lights and rear parking sensors started flashing. Afterwards it disappeared completely. I removed the reverse gear switch, but the problem was not solved. Can anyone help regarding this issue
