Individual key programming

Is it possible to programme the keys so when my wife opens the car it goes to her settings (eg seat, mirrors etc) and when I open it it goes to mine? Thanks

No - nothing to do with the keys.

Any memory settings for seat positions and mirror positions are usually programmed using one of the 2 memory settings you can programme on the seats.

I.e. This is how it works on a C5 X7: Driver 1 gets in vehicle, adjusts electrical seat positions, exterior mirror positions and climate control settings. When set and with vehicle stationary and engine still running, press Memory Button 'M' and then within 4 seconds Hold down position 1 or 2 until a bong is heard.

Repeat for second driver, but use the alternate memory position button.
