I have a few issues with my 2016 C4 grand picasso bluehdi 120 Fap. These are the permament codes in the ECU:
- P1434 & P1435 Fuel additive CAN fault (FAP related i assume)
- U1218 & U1318 CAN communication fault (Start stop unavailable)
- P0494 Cooler fan (only one speed working, hope the resistor change will solve it (Part number:96 739 999 80))
- P242F DPF system component worn out (The pressure difference at idle is 6-7 mBar, at 2000rpm 20-23 mBar. maybe a wash and reset?)
The FAP reservoir was removed, cleaned, refilled and the pump was working in it, but the fault stayed.
The battery was also changed not long ago, because of weak starting. But the start stop system slowley died. In the end it took like 10s to restart at stop light, now eco off permament.
Any idea what to check? or replace?
