This I suppose will apply to a lot of PSA models not just the C3 Picasso
I got a new replacement fob case off ebay and then only had to swap the PCB and key blade over, all went well until I had to pre tension the spring to make the blade spring out, this is done by turning the shiny/slippery little chrome button on reassembly . After many failed attempts with fingers, pliers with the jaws taped up etc and sick of retrieving bits that had flown across the room I sat down for a think.
The button is 7mm dia so out with the junk box where I found a piece of copper pipe (Gas?) with an ID of 7mm perfect, I filed 2 notches in the pipe to locate on the pins sticking out of the button, it then all went perfect because I could easily twist and control the button. It would probably make it easier to take the button out as well and stop it all springing out uncontrollably.
WARNING
If you use copper or any metal pipe make sure you clean it well before use, any metal filings in the case could play hell with the PCB

Another top tip is that on at least some of the eBay cases, the battery terminals are made of the cheapest, thinnest "metal" imaginable. It's often better to transfer the terminal across from the OEM case.
