P11A8 Error

Hi,

I have the following car
Model Variant 308
Model Description 308 S
Primary Colour Silver
Fuel Type Petrol
Transmission MANUAL
Engine 1397 cc
Year Manufacture 2009

and Im getting the P11A8 error (anti-pollution).

I tried to change the The (VVT) solenoid valve sensor and the camshaft (inlet/outlet) sensors but I still getting the same issue.

Im not sure if there is any performance issues as I got the car like that. Maybe the first gear is not performing well but again Im not sure as my previous car was bigger.
I noticed also that consumes oil and I don't know if its related.
Does any know what can be and if its something serious?
