No start air lock?

Hiya guys I was recently getting the code p0193 so I replaced the fuel pressure sensor and it won’t start when squeezing the hand primer there is fuel going into the high pressure pump however it won’t come out the fuel line that goes to the fuel rail. Also on Peugeot planet it’s saying the fuel regulator solenoid is malfunctioning but I’ve tested it and it works fine I’ve even replaced the ecu at this point driving me nuts can anyone help please. 1.4 hdi 2006
