CITROEN DS5 Hybrid4 Engine Fault repair needed warning when starting

Hi,

I have a citroen DS5 2012 model 2.0 ltr hybrid.

The car has a noisy drive belt which makes a lot of noise when idle and with a bit of acceleration the noise is gone. I have looked at the belt and looks like the tensioner is wobbling.

I am getting this fixed however the car is also got a warning when turning the car on but no engine management light.

It just says engine fault repair needed, could this be linked to the drive belt?
