Bonjour...and some help please

A forum for new members to introduce themselves to the rabble already onboard. Not compulsory!
Tell us a little about yourself, lie if you have to but keep it to just an introduction, not a car discussion.

Bonjour...and some help please

Post by TrevT »

New to the forum and also new owner to a 150K mile 2013 Peugeot Partner. I also provide first aid regularly to "Penny" - my daughters 207. No doubt once introduced my (adult) daughter will provide a name for the van

Hopefully will be giving the van a much more relaxed life as it transports me & my dogs around various walking locations slightly further afield. I'm hoping to tidy it up and make the load area a bit more comfortable so i can have a brew, change out of wet clothes (it is the UK after all) and warm up beside setting off home.

Being an ex-joiners van I have little original paperwork etc. So would also appreciate if any can help me with original specs (engine code, standard spec and any extras etc) the VIN is VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. That said the van is solid and in pretty good nick for it's mileage.

And no doubt i will need parts - any recommended specialist suppliers in Lancs/North West or links for parts catalogues etc. I seem to recall (about 20 years ago) there was a yard in Oldham who did new & used parts (i once had a 1.1 205)

Apologies for introducing myself and asking for help all at once, hopefully no offence given.

Hi and welcome.

We can help if you need an original genuine part number, part diagram or factory build sheet and can't already find the info you need on the Forum. For this service, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future part number requests for up to 2 years, so excellent value. Ignore the bit about the VIN as you've just posted it.

If interested, links are below, then provide your vehicle's VIN in full, which will be masked automatically when you submit your post.
A response to your question by a Forum Admin requiring parts or specific vehicle information requires you

Marc (& other admins)

That is fair, actually saw the post about Peugeot withdrawing free access a few years ago earlier. It's good to know support & knowledge is there :)
