Been finished since December when the wood roof shingles were installed, but looks better than ever in the Spring sunshine and a joy on a sunny morning

Alston signal box is a North Eastern Railway (NER) type S5 structure that originally stood at Ainderby on what is now the Wensleydale Railway in North Yorkshire. Rebuilt at Alston in 1991 (on a new brick base) the box contains a 21-lever McKenzie & Holland frame, part of which came from Leeming Bar (also on the Wensleydale Railway).

but say you wanted to know its length breath and height just in case you wished to recreate a scaled down reconstruction as , well lets call it a "folly", or a shed that looks like a signal box.

In recent days the Falcon camera has visited the hidden viaducts, which cant be seen from any public road, on the East Coast Mainline as it crosses the rivers of Northumberland.

No1 Plessey Viaduct over the River Blyth
No2 Bothal Viaduct over the River Wansbeck

Now today the hardest to find and the longest walk
No3 Guyzance Viaduct over the River Coquet

Another little gem from the Retro Electro Workshop Programme, on his way from his workshop Rob' crosses this railway on his way to a job in his little Red Morris 1100/1300.

I'll probably go on a delve to pinpoint exactly where it is later...but if anyone wants to play along feel free.

For completeness this is a picture of Goathland footbridge, which in fact is very different from Brundall but at least you may be able to see why that was my TOTH suggestion!!

I did look it up as it didn't look like my (admittedly poor) recollection but you had already posted the right one.
I don't recall why but I pulled up hundreds of photo's of Goathland station on Flickr! last week.
Haven't been there in person in several decades.
