Citroen app login

Just opened the app and it seems that I need to log in. But when I try that, I get prompted that the information is incorrect. So trying to set new password, and whatever I try doesn’t seem to work. Is there a problem with the app?

Aren't these the same credentials as for your online Citroen account (for connected services)?

Probably. But it’s telling me they are wrong, even when I create a new password. I just wondered if anyone else had a problem.

I'd log in to the website from a computer and check you can get in from there first. But I may be wrong and it is a separate account entirely.

Finally managed to log back in.
