DS3 1.6 vti P000A Fault Code

Hi new to this having a nightmare with fault P000A. I swapped the cam sensors first of all, fault did not swap to exhaust. Check voltages to cam sensors 5 volts found. Swapped VVT solenoids when removed no contamination found, resistances checked coils both same ohm reading powered solenoids on bench all ok.
Decided to check timing to see if chain issue timing spot on chain ok. Top of engine clean no carbon build up oilo in good order replaced anyway. I could only think VTT phaser could be sticking.
Replaced both VTT phasers intake and exhaust, replaced chain as part of kit. engine runs sweet and no symptoms. Test drive P000A come on within 8 miles.
Im starting to pull my hair out would anyone have any pointers would be a great help.

Thank you. Looking at the list I think the next step is to check wiring to the control solenoid and the cam sensors.

Still no luck check cam sensors with oscilloscope both sensors readings ok.
