Hello, I own a Peugeot 308 GTI from 2018 with the 1.6l 193 kw. Yesterday the engine light and the service light came on the car also lost power. This afternoon I went to my local mechanic and the fault code P0235 popped up. This has something to do with the turbo pressure sensor. Did anyone had the same issue or can you help me to locate the sensor so I can order it and replace it? Thank you in advance!

It is probably the MAP sensor that measures the boost pressure and its value is not what is expected. The MAP sensor is likely to be on the inlet manifold and if you remove it it could be blocked with oil. Rather than just getting a new one, if you have a code reader that does live data you can see what values it is giving, it should vary as the accelerator is used but if it does not change much than that may suggest it is blocked or it or its wiring is faulty. Pity your mechanic did not do this.
