C5 X7 LH rear hydraulic pipe-hose burst

Dear French Car Forum Community,

Today I was transporting around 400kg of cargo in the back of my C5 X7 with lowered back seats which now feels like a huge mistake because the LH rear hydraulic pipe hose burst after I drove in a pothole.
Could someone please help me to find the proper PN for the hose as I see that there are several configurations.

I have 2011 C5 X7 2.2 HDI 150kw VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

- 5270VF C5 X7 RH
