Still trying to sort out the strangeness on this C3P.
Diagbox is showing this, but there is no intelligent module in the drivers door. Just the mirror/lock switch module which is completely passive.
The hands free works via the Bluetooth.
Has the BSI been configured to think that there's equipment fitted that isn't?

Re: C3 Picasso electrical nonsense
No, that's what it's telling you....
It is saying it can't communicate with the hands free kit - so in all likelihood you don't have that module fitted. These were only fitted as an option with RD4 radio systems to provide bluetooth calling and music streaming. It was an additional cost option at purchase.
Looking at the image, you already have the RD45 system, which has built-in bluetooth capability, so there is no need for a hands-free kit - so that's is why it is not picking it up.
The Driver's door module may not be fitted too.

Was wondering as it's reporting the parking aids (which it could have) as 'not found' but the door module as 'communication error'.

Re: C3 Picasso electrical nonsense
So confirmed as having no parking assistance on this vehicle. You can physically tell, as there will be sensors at either the front, rear or both to indicate parking assistance.
Door Control modules can refer to various systems, including ambient lighting, hands free control units, controls for mirror indexing and memory positions for seats etc. depending on the vehicle and options, so again, nothing to be concerned about if it states this as you don't have them.
